FHA-380 Improved Machinary Form

- package.json: installed @braid/vue-formulate.

- App.vue: cleaned and imported new component.

- main.js: imported VueFormulate and setup Vue instance to use it.

- HaDynamicFamilyItemsCount.vue: new improved machinary form component.

- store/index.js: created in order to simulate real use case.
